Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the ordered goods.

Please note that a withdrawal request can only be submitted after the order has been delivered and received. If your order is still in transit or has not yet been delivered, you cannot exercise your statutory right of withdrawal through this process.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please enter the e-mail address used for the purchase and your order number in the fields below and submit your request. By submitting the request, you confirm that you have received the goods and wish to withdraw from the purchase contract.

Once your request has been received, Red Wing Shoes will send you a confirmation by e-mail and provide further instructions regarding the return of the products and the reimbursement process.
